West Edmonton Mall is the largest mall in North America. B&B Demolition is the only demolition contractor that has done work in West Edmonton Mall in the past 12 years. B&B Demolition has done a variety of jobs in the mall, ranging from store fronts to the demolition of common area. Currently, the mall is going through a multi million dollar renovation of all the common area in the mall. This project requires B&B team members to work in close proximity with shoppers and store owners.
Most projects involve the gutting of existing retail spaces. Most spaces have to be reduced to a "grey box," meaning that all of the millwork, abandoned electrical and ductwork, as well as unnecessary flooring have to be stripped away. B&B has become experts in these projects, completing jobs in tight spaces with minimal disturbance to surrounding stores and shoppers.
